Things to remember :	There are seven base units. They are: 1.      Length 2.      Mass 3.      Temperature 4.      Time 5.      Current 6.      Amount of Substance 7.      Luminous Intensity

Mnemonic Device :	Remember Base Units as Base Ball. MAIL TTC
Explanation :	To make this mnemonic first take out the first letters of all the base units. We will get L M T T C A I. I is for Luminous Intensity. If you arrange the first letters you will get MAIL TTC. WE know that MAIL is Mail i.e. Email. TTC here represents Table Tennis Competition. Now Imagine that your friend was to call you for playing Base Ball but he called for Table Tennis Competition. Look here carefully we have introduced all things Base Ball for Base Units and TTC for all the base units.
Why will I remember? :	When you will hear the questions about base units you will remember base ball. Then the mail and table tennis competition. Then there are all seven base unis in MAIL TTC.
