Things to remember :	Elements on decreasing order of their electronegativity: 1.      Fluorine 2.      Oxygen 3.      Nitrogen 4.      Chlorine
Mnemonic Device Type :	ACRONYM and PMS
Mnemonic Device :	FONCl = Phone Call
Explanation :	Take out the first letters. You will get FONCL. Pronounce FONCL. Is it same as Phone Call? Yeah it is. You can remember electronegative elements as negative friends. And remember that they use to call during the exams.
