Do this for about 5 times. Then imagine the simplest thing that you like to remember. That can be Pencil, Apple Jug, Ball, Banana or any simplest thing that you like. While visualizing, visualize in 3D. See it. Touch it and feel it. Smell it. Hear its sound. Taste it. Use more senses as possible. Visualize a longer as you can. Visualize it as BIGGER as possible. Visualise more colourful as possible. When it fades away remember again and again for a longer period of time. You can use stop watch to count the time period. Do it for some days and see the change.
