Things to remember :	Turning right ( clockwise ) is Closing. Turning Left  ( anticlockwise ) is Opening.

Mnemonic Device :	Look at the word Clockwise. Take out he BOLD letters, which gives CLOSE.
Explanation :	We know that turning right is clockwise i.e. closing the nuts, bolts or bottle caps. Take out the first 3 and last 2 letters of the word clockwise. It gives you close.  i.e. clockwise means close. Which implies that anticlockwise means to open.
Why will I remember? :	When you hear/see the word clockwise you will automatically remember CLOSE.
